- Site Survey must be scheduled before August 31, 2024.
- Base plans are to capture the existing conditions of the building and are not to convey any proposed renovations or modifications.
- Sale at $1 per square foot is only for base plans showing existing building conditions. (Site survey included.)
- Upfront payment is requested before survey and drafting services can begin. If you do not have the square footage of your building, we will review the property’s public history for pricing.
- Recommendations for additional professional services as a result of the initial consultation will be provided upfront as there are ways we can increase efficiency in the design process should time be of a constraint.
- No stipulation to use Comporth’s expediting or compliance management services as part of this sale. Should you decide to use Comporth for your upcoming project, enjoy a $500 credit that can apply to our service contract as long as the agreement to engage is executed in 2024.
